1. What the Guarantee Covers
Hot Fuzz Padel Balls guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the performance of your balls within 5 days of play from your purchase date, we will exchange them for a replacement tube of the same model at no cost to you.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- This is your first registration — the guarantee is valid on your first purchase only and cannot be used again on future purchases
- You registered your purchase within 48 hours of buying your balls
- Your exchange request is submitted within 5 days of your purchase date
- Your balls were purchased from a participating Padel Club or authorised retailer — purchases made directly from Hot Fuzz Padel Balls are not eligible
- Full market retail price was paid — purchases made at a discount, as part of a promotion, or below the standard retail price are not eligible
- All 3 balls are returned in the original tube
- You present your original purchase receipt at the point of exchange
- The exchange is processed at the same Padel Club where you purchased the balls
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Visit hotfuzzpadel.com/exchange and submit your exchange request using the email and mobile number you registered with
- You will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by email
- Take the RAC email, your original receipt, and all 3 balls in the original tube to the Padel Club you purchased from
- The club will verify your RAC and process the exchange
4. What We Do Not Cover
- Any purchase that is not your first Hot Fuzz Padel Balls purchase — the guarantee applies once per customer only
- Purchases made directly from Hot Fuzz Padel Balls rather than through a participating Padel Club or authorised retailer
- Purchases made at a discounted, promotional, or below-standard retail price
- Normal wear and felt abrasion from regular play
- Balls that have been physically damaged, cut, or deliberately altered
- Purchases not registered within 48 hours of purchase
- Exchange requests submitted after the 5-day play window
- Requests without a valid Return Authorization Code
5. First Purchase Only — One Per Customer
The "5 Day Play Guarantee" is valid on your first purchase of Hot Fuzz Padel Balls only. Each customer is entitled to one guarantee registration and one exchange, regardless of how many tubes are purchased over time. Once a registration has been made — whether or not an exchange is requested — no future purchases are eligible for the guarantee.
6. Availability
The "5 Day Play Guarantee" is currently available on purchases made through participating Padel Clubs in Hong Kong and Singapore. Hot Fuzz Padel Balls reserves the right to withdraw or modify this guarantee at any time with reasonable notice.
